What happens next
- We’ll review your submission within 48 hours and email next steps.
- If approved, choose pickup or drop-off. Collections are scheduled within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are processed after inspection. Repairs follow the quoted timeline.
Note: For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
FAQ
- How much does collection cost?
- Collection fees vary by region and item size — we’ll include pricing in the approval email. Some defective-item returns are collected free of charge.
- Can I get a replacement before returning the original?
- For damaged or defective items we may offer an advance replacement in select cases. This will be evaluated during review.
- How long until I receive my refund?
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
