TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please carefully review these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Your access to and use of this website constitute your agreement to these Terms, forming a binding contract between you and QOQET Corp. (“QOQET,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a manufacturer and wholesaler of luxury furniture. These Terms govern your use of our website located at www.qoqet.com
(the “Site”), as well as all services, content, and transactions offered through it.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately and refrain from making any purchases. Continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the Terms in effect at that time.
QOQET may modify these Terms at its sole discretion without prior notice. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@qoqet.com
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENTS
QOQET serves trade professionals only, and an approved registered account is required to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date shipping and contact information. QOQET is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate customer information, including but not limited to incorrect invoices, shipping documents, or purchase orders.
Prior to processing your order, QOQET will issue an official written quote detailing product information, pricing, lead times, sidemarks, payment terms, and other relevant order details. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. If this period lapses, please contact our office to confirm the quote’s continued validity.
Deposits & Payments
Backorders: Require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the invoice value. Full payment may be made upfront if preferred.
Stock items: Require full payment at the time of order.
Custom Orders: Require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at our warehouse.
For custom productions, professionally approved drawings—signed and dated by the customer—are required. Production timeframes begin only after QOQET receives approved drawings and/or initial payment.
Order Communication
Timely communication is essential. A lack of required clarifications or approvals within 24 hours may result in reasonable delivery adjustments. Any customer-requested changes after order submission may extend lead times and impact pricing. Revised invoices and updated DFA (Drawing for Approval) documents must be issued and signed; QOQET is not liable for delays associated with inaccurate or unclear customer information.
Payment Methods
QOQET accepts the following payment methods:
Company checks
ACH transfers
Wire transfers
Storage & Late Fees
Orders ready for delivery may remain in QOQET’s warehouse for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days:
Storage fees may apply
Unpaid balances may accrue a 3% monthly compound late fee
After 90 days, if goods remain stored due to nonpayment or unreasonable delay, QOQET reserves the right to liquidate, auction, or otherwise dispose of the merchandise to recover associated costs. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
All orders are subject to formal acceptance by QOQET.
QOQET may cancel any order under circumstances including:
Manufacturing or supply chain conditions preventing production
Customer credit concerns
Force majeure or similar business disruptions
Pricing & Terms
Product prices are quoted F.O.B. Los Angeles (QOQET warehouse) or EXW Overseas Factory, depending on business conditions. Special packaging or crating is not included unless stated otherwise.
QOQET reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel orders without liability under shipping delays, customs issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen import/export complications.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & LEAD TIMES
In-stock items are typically ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, following staging.
Backorders / Custom Orders generally require 14 weeks, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Lead times begin on the date of:
Quote issuance
Receipt of approved drawings
Completion of color/sample approval
Receipt of deposit (whichever is applicable)
Lead times are subject to a 30-day grace period for factors including customs clearance, container delays, or other uncontrollable events.
QOQET may revise, discontinue, or withdraw any product without prior notice.
3. SHIPPING
QOQET ships exclusively business-to-business. We do not arrange residential deliveries.
The customer is solely responsible for hiring, coordinating, and paying the freight carrier. All shipments are freight collect or prepaid directly to the carrier—QOQET does not prepay freight charges.
When merchandise is collected from our warehouse or shipped EXW factory:
Title and risk transfer to the customer when the carrier signs the Bill of Lading (“BOL”) acknowledging the goods were received in “First Rate Condition.”
QOQET is not liable for damages, losses, or claims occurring after pickup.
Damages & Freight Claims
Upon delivery:
Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier immediately.
Photographs taken on the truck, before unloading, are strongly recommended.
If damage appears beyond repair, you may reject the delivery at your discretion.
Outstanding invoices with QOQET must still be paid on time and may not be withheld due to pending carrier claims.
International Air Freight
Air freight estimates exclude duties, taxes, storage, and local destination charges. QOQET’s involvement in obtaining quotes does not imply liability for carrier performance or insurance policies.
4. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS & WARRANTY
QOQET warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship for 1 year, excluding:

Products exposed to improper environmental conditions or mishandled during transport are not covered under warranty.
QOQET does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees. Returns require prior written authorization from QOQET and may be denied at our sole discretion.
5. DISCOUNTED ITEMS – SALES EVENTS
QOQET periodically hosts sales offering irregular items, floor samples, prototypes, and overstock merchandise at significant discounts. These items are sold as-is, may include imperfections, and are final sale with no warranties.
Customers are encouraged to:
Request detailed photos
Request precise measurements
Inspect condition prior to purchase
Shipping terms, title transfer, and damage claim procedures are identical to standard merchandise.
